Billing

The Billing section allows you to manage your subscription, view payment history, and handle all financial aspects of your SonicBit account.

Overview​

The Billing page provides comprehensive tools for managing:

  • Subscription plans and payment history
  • Invoice details and records
  • Subscription portal access
  • Auto-renewal settings

Billing Dashboard​

When you access the Billing section, you'll see a dashboard that displays:

  • A summary of your payment history
  • The total number of payments made
  • Access to the Billing Portal
  • Information about active auto-renewal subscriptions

Payment History​

The Payment History section displays a chronological list of all your SonicBit payments:

  • Transaction Details - View transaction IDs, payment dates, and methods
  • Plan Information - See which plans you purchased
  • Amount - The payment amount for each transaction
  • Invoice Links - Access detailed invoices for each transaction

The Payment History table offers several features:

  • Search - Find specific transactions by typing in the search field
  • Sorting - Order transactions by date in ascending or descending order
  • Pagination - Navigate through multiple pages of transactions
  • Records Per Page - Choose to display 5, 10, or 15 transactions per page

Invoice Details​

For each payment in your history, you can view a detailed invoice by clicking on it. The invoice includes:

  • Transaction Information - Date, transaction ID, and payment status
  • User Details - Your account information
  • Plan Details - The plan purchased, description, and period
  • Pricing Information - Total amount paid
  • Promotional Information - Any promo codes or discounts applied

Each invoice can be:

  • Viewed online in detail
  • Printed or saved as PDF for your records

Billing Portal​

The Billing section includes direct access to the SonicBit Billing Portal, where you can:

  • Manage your subscription settings
  • Update payment methods
  • Control auto-renewal preferences
  • Cancel subscriptions if needed

The Billing Portal is accessed via a dedicated button at the top of the Billing page, which opens the portal in a new tab.

Auto-Renewal Management​

The Billing section displays information about your active auto-renewal subscriptions:

  • Number of active auto-renewal subscriptions
  • Access to manage these subscriptions through the Billing Portal
  • Options to cancel auto-renewal before the next billing cycle

Subscription Periods​

SonicBit offers various subscription periods, which are reflected in your billing history:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Multi-month subscriptions (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months)
  • Special period promotions

Payment Methods​

SonicBit accepts various payment methods, which will be displayed in your transaction history:

  • Credit/Debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Other payment processors
  • Redemption of promotional coupons

Promotional Discounts​

Your billing history shows any promotional discounts applied to your payments:

  • Promo code used
  • Discount percentage applied
  • Resulting final price after discount

Invoice Printing​

Each invoice in your billing history can be printed or saved:

  1. Click on the invoice to view details
  2. Use the printer icon to open the print-friendly version
  3. Print the invoice or save as PDF
