User Registration Guide

Creating an account on SonicBit is quick and straightforward. This guide will walk you through the registration process step-by-step, ensuring you can start using our platform right away.

Registration Process Overview​

The SonicBit registration process consists of three simple steps:

  1. Fill out the registration form
  2. Verify your email address
  3. Set up your account

Step 1: Complete the Registration Form​

To begin creating your SonicBit account:

  1. Visit SonicBit's website and click on the "Sign Up" or "Register" button in the top-right corner.

  2. Fill in the following information:

    • Display Name: Enter your preferred display name (only alphanumeric characters, spaces, and apostrophes are allowed)
    • Email Address: Provide a valid email address where you'll receive the verification code
    • Password: Create a strong password (must meet the security requirements shown on screen)
    • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm

  3. Click the "Register" button to submit your information.

Password Requirements​

Your password must meet the following security criteria:

  • Minimum of 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • At least one number (0-9)
  • At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

Step 2: Email Verification​

After submitting the registration form:

  1. Check your email inbox for a verification message from SonicBit.

    • If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

  2. The email will contain a 6-digit verification code.

  3. Enter this code in the verification form that appears after registration.

    • You can reset the form if you make a mistake by clicking the reset button.

  4. The system will verify your code automatically once all 6 digits are entered.

Didn't Receive the Verification Code?​

If you didn't receive the verification code or were unable to complete the verification process:

  1. Go to the SonicBit login page.

  2. Look for the "Activate your account" link below the login form.

  3. Click on the link and enter the email address you used during registration.

  4. A new verification code will be sent to your email address.

  5. Follow the steps to enter the code and complete your account activation.

This option is available anytime you need to activate a new account or if you couldn't complete the verification process during your initial registration.

Step 3: Account Setup and First Login​

Once your email is verified:

  1. You'll see a success animation confirming your verification.

  2. The system will automatically redirect you to your new SonicBit dashboard.

  3. You can now start exploring the platform and setting up your account preferences.

Alternative Registration Methods​

SonicBit offers social login options for easier account creation:

  1. Google Login: Click the Google button on the registration page to sign up using your Google account.

  2. Facebook Login: Click the Facebook button to register using your Facebook account.

When using social login:

  • Your account will be created using information from your social profile
  • Email verification may still be required depending on your settings
  • You'll need to accept SonicBit's terms of service and privacy policy

Troubleshooting Registration Issues​

If you encounter problems during registration:

Verification Code Not Received​

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Ensure you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes as delivery may be delayed
  • Use the "Activate your account" option from the login page to request a new code

Invalid Verification Code​

  • Make sure you're entering the most recent code received
  • Check that you're entering all digits correctly
  • Click the reset button and try again
