Your First Login Experience

After you successfully register and log into SonicBit for the first time, you'll be guided through a personalized onboarding experience to help you get familiar with the platform's features and capabilities.

Welcome Modal​

As soon as you log in for the first time, you'll see a welcome modal with the following elements:

  1. Animated Welcome - A friendly animation welcomes you to the platform.

  2. Introduction Message - A brief description explaining that SonicBit is your all-in-one solution for managing file storage, media uploads, and downloads.

  3. Main Features Overview - An accordion-style list highlighting SonicBit's core features:

    • Remote Drives
    • Remote Download capabilities
    • Seedbox functionality

  4. Community Invitation - A link to join the SonicBit Discord server to connect with other users and get support.

  5. Tour Option - A button to start a guided tour of the interface.

Interactive Dashboard Tour​

When you click the "Start a Tour!" button, SonicBit provides a comprehensive step-by-step guided tour of the dashboard. This tour includes:

  1. Dashboard Overview - Introduction to your dashboard, showing summaries of storage usage, plan details, bandwidth usage, files and folders, recent activity, and login history.

  2. My Drive - Explanation of file and folder management, Remote Drives for connecting to third-party cloud storage, and Drive Settings.

  3. Apps & Integration - Overview of available apps and integrations, including the Seedbox feature for downloading torrents directly to your drive.

  4. Billing - Information about subscription management, billing history, invoices, and subscription controls.

  5. Support - How to access the support system to create and track tickets.

  6. Upgrade - Details about extending or upgrading your plan for more storage, higher speeds, and additional features.

  7. Toggle Promo - How to view the latest promotions and special offers.

  8. Light/Dark Mode - Instructions for switching between light and dark display modes.

  9. My Account - Overview of account settings, profile management, password changes, security settings, and coupon code redemption.

Tour Completion Reward​

When you complete the dashboard tour, you'll receive:

  1. 100 Coins Bonus - These coins can be used to upgrade or extend your plans.
  2. Congratulatory Message - A success notification confirming your reward.
  3. Celebratory Animation - A special confetti animation to celebrate your achievement.

Daily Check-in Rewards​

After your first login, you'll also discover the daily check-in system:

  1. Daily Coins - You can claim 100 free coins each day by visiting the dashboard and clicking the claim button.
  2. Coin Management - Your current coin balance is displayed in the interface.
  3. Reward Usage - Accumulated coins can be redeemed to upgrade or extend your plan.

Your dashboard serves as the central hub of your SonicBit experience. For detailed information about the dashboard and its components, please refer to the Dashboard documentation.

The main navigation menu gives you access to:

  1. Dashboard - Your central hub for account overview
  2. My Drive - File management interface
  3. Apps - Available applications and integrations
  4. Billing - Subscription and payment management
  5. Support - Help and support ticket system
  6. Upgrade - Plan enhancement options
  7. My Account - Profile and security settings

Next Steps After First Login​

After completing the initial tour and familiarizing yourself with the dashboard, we recommend:

  1. Upload Your First Files - Start using your storage space by uploading files.
  2. Explore Remote Download - Try the remote download feature to add content directly to your drive.
  3. Connect Cloud Storage - Set up remote drives to connect your existing cloud storage accounts.
  4. Install Apps - Explore and install apps like Plex, Jellyfin, or other tools to enhance your experience.
  5. Check Daily - Remember to log in daily to collect your free coins for future upgrades.
