We're excited to announce two major updates to SonicBit: the launch of our new App Hosting feature with dedicated Resource plans, and comprehensive documentation covering all SonicBit features!

New: App Hosting with Resource Plans​

SonicBit now offers the ability to install and run applications directly on our infrastructure through our new App Hosting feature. This transforms your account from simple cloud storage into a versatile application platform.

Key highlights of this new feature:

  • One-Click App Installation: Install popular applications from our curated App Store
  • Dedicated Resource Plans: Choose from 9 tiers of computing resources (starting at $3.95/month)
  • Seamless Integration: Applications can directly access your SonicBit storage
  • Complete Management: Start, stop, and configure applications through the dashboard

App Hosting requires dedicated computing resources which are provided through our new Resource plans. These plans offer various combinations of CPU cores, RAM, and specialized storage to power your applications.

Alongside this new feature, we're launching complete documentation that provides clear, detailed guidance on all SonicBit features, including our new App Hosting capabilities.

  • Mid-Range (Shift, Flit, Flux): $9.45-$15.95/month with 4-6 CPU cores, 4-6GB RAM
  • High-Performance (Spark, Flare, Blaze, Quartz): $19.95-$49.95/month with 6-8 CPU cores, 8-12GB RAM

Each plan provides dedicated computing resources separate from your storage allocation, allowing you to run applications that match your needs and budget.
